Second-start 3-year-old pressed fast pace in maiden sprint and just went evenly at odds-on. Candy Ride colt wants to run long and is ready to route next time out.

This was a promising debut by 3-year-old McKinzie colt. Lacked speed, raced evenly, finished well, and galloped out willingly after the wire. He can only improve next out.
