Finish: 2nd by 6

Debut 2-year-old filly by Vino Rosso raced greenly taking dirt, wide on turn and into lane, finished well behind odds-on stablemate. This was a better-than-it-looked debut.

FANCY FACTS

Last race: June 12, 8th
Finish: 3rd by 2 1/2
Beyer: 63
Debut 3-year-old filly bet from 12-1 program odds to 2-1 starting price, sped to lead, took heat, tired. Puype-trained maidens typically race into shape. This debut was okay.

Trainer: Bob Baffert
Last race: June 13, 2nd
Finish: 1st by 2 1/4
Beyer: 86
Debut 2-year-old bet to odds-on, ran accordingly. Pressed pace, kicked away with a big number. Omaha Beach colt legitimate favorite second time out in stakes race.

ACKNOWLEDGEMEPLZ

Finish: 2nd by 2 1/4 lengths
Beyer: 80
Debut 2-year-old shot to lead, set pace inside, no match for winner, but finished more than five lengths clear of third. Bucchero colt will be tough vs. maidens next time out.

THE PADRE

Last race: June 13, 7th
Finish: 2nd by 1/2
Beyer: 85

DRULINER
Trainer: Craig Lewis
Last race: June 14, 7th
Finish: 4th by 5 1/4
Beyer: 41
Debut 2-year-old broke last, trailed, picked up steam into stretch, finished with run. Clubhouse Ride colt is from stable that races maidens into shape. Follow for sure.

HERO OR ZERO
Trainer: Doug O’Neill
Last race: June 15, 8th
Finish: 1st by 6 1/2
Beyer: 76
Debut 2-year-old colt by Pavel pressed pace, won ridden out, solid speed figure by June juvenile. Graduation Stakes for Cal-bred 2-year-olds Aug. 8 at Del Mar makes sense.

NO JOKE ANTARES
Trainer: Sean McCarthy
Last race: June 15, 8th
Finish: 3rd by 6 1/2
Beyer: 58
Cal-bred 2-year-old by Practical Joke not quick, saved ground mid-pack, took dirt, angled outside, finished well, and galloped out in front of the field in a solid debut.
