The Buffalo Bills are the only team favored to win all 17 games in the 2025 NFL regular season.
Led by reigning MVP Josh Allen, the Bills would set the record for the best regular season record if they won all their games. They would better the 2007 New England Patriots’ 16-0 campaign, when there was one less game in the regular season.
Of course, that's easier said than done, as their current over/under is 11.5 wins, according to most online sportsbooks.
Still, sporting the 10th easiest schedule, the Bills have a great chance to rewrite the record book in 2025.
Four games could be key
The Bills are coming off a 13-4 season, when they won their fifth straight AFC East title and reached the AFC Championship Game before falling to the Kansas City Chiefs.
Their four losses came against the Baltimore Ravens, Houston Texans, Los Angeles Rams, and at the New England Patriots (when they rested their starters).
They face three of those four teams in 2025.
Here's the Bills' 2025 schedule along updated sports betting odds for each game:
Their toughest games on paper will be in Week 1 against the Ravens, Week 9 against the Chiefs, Week 12 against the Texans, and Week 17 against the Super Bowl champion Eagles. Fortunately for the Bills, three of those games are at home.
Sneakily tough games could also come in Week 13 against the Steelers, who are always tough to beat in Pittsburgh during the winter months, followed by the Bengals in Week 14, who are always a challenge with Joe Burrow and Ja’Marr Chase.
While the Steelers haven’t beaten the Bills since 2021, the Bengals beat them twice in 2023, their most recent matchups.
Bills favored by bettors early on
FanDuel Sportsbook and ESPN Bet said earlier this month that they accepted more bets on the Bills to win the Super Bowl than any other team in the 24 hours after the schedule was released.
Despite that, the Bills have the fourth-best sports betting odds to win the Super Bowl at +750. The Chiefs (+600), Eagles (+600), and Ravens (+650) have the best odds to win it all in 2025.
Fittingly, the Chiefs, Eagles, and Ravens also have projected NFL win totals of over/under 11.5 wins. The Bills have the most juice of those four at -155 odds to cash the over.
On the opposite end of the spectrum, the Cleveland Browns are not expected to be competitive in 2025. Their projected win total of over/under 4.5 wins is the lowest at most sports betting apps, although fans can take solace in their team having -175 odds to hit the over.
The New Orleans Saints, New York Giants, New York Jets, and Tennessee Titans were all given win totals of over/under 5.5 wins. Odds indicate the Jets (-150) are the most likely to cash the over, and the Saints and Giants (-135) are the most likely to come in under 5.5 wins.
Yet to be mentioned are the Washington Commanders, who joined the Chiefs, Bills, and Eagles in the NFL’s final four a year ago. Their win total is projected at over/under 9.5 wins, with -120 odds on the over and +100 on the under. They’re +1600 to win the Super Bowl, tied with the Bengals for seventh in the list of futures odds.
