The quartet of horses who won last week in the Kentucky Sires Stakes for 4-year-olds at Cumberland Run - Railee Something, Hers Hungry, Admiral Hill and Once In A Lifetime - were all victorious again in their respective $50,000 races on Tuesday afternoon at the five-eighths-mile oval.
Andy McCarthy was in the bike behind both of the winning mares, taking the pace with Hers Hungry (by Stay Hungry, bred by All Four Won, paid $3.48 to win) in 1:51 2/5 for trainer Travis Kolaczynski and owners Jeff Dauplaise and Aimee Scheid) and the trot with Railee Something (by International Moni, bred by owner Ron Mersky, paid $2.10 to win) in 1:52 4/5 for trainer Roger Cullipher.

Admiral Hill (by Sweet Lou, bred by Tom Hill, paid $2.34 to win) bagged the male pace in 1:49 3/5 with Yannick Gingras doing the driving for trainer Per Engblom and owner Morrison Racing Stables, and Once In A Lifetime (by Father Patrick, bred by Coyote Wynd Farms, paid $4.02 to win) took the male trot in 1:54 1/5 with Todd McCarthy at the controls for trainer Jim Campbell and owner Sad Frog Farms.
A final leg for 4-year-olds will be part of an all-Kentucky Sires Stakes extravaganza next Tuesday that also includes $100,000 finals for 2- and 3-year-olds.
