Track: Monmouth (5th Race)
Horse: TENEBRIS (#2, 6-1)
TENEBRIS has speed but can also rate, and that versatility could give him the edge in this Rumson Stakes, which seems to feature a fair amount of early zip; away since March but training forwardly and good enough if he can run to his best figures in his first start off the break. – Kenny Peck | Get Past Performances for this race
Post Time: 3:12 ET
Track: Gulfstream (5th Race)
Horse: SENTENZA (#2, 4-1)
SENTENZA tries sprinting for only the second time and his first was on the grass where he ran evenly. This is his dirt debut and he does so on the class drop and freshening. His distance Tomlinson of 410 screams sprint and this race is a furlong further than his other sprint which came on the green. This barn has a flat bet profit in sprints. – Scott Ehlers | Get Past Performances for this race
Post Time: 3:29 ET
Track: Saratoga (8th Race)
Horse: VEKOMA RIDES (#10, 10-1)
VEKOMA RIDES an impressive debut winner last September before trying the Champagne, and he then earned an 85 Beyer as a 2yo when coming up just short in the Nashua going this distance; chased a fast pace all the way and stayed gamely for third behind two stakes-quality 3yos in his return from the layoff, then never got in position to be effective after breaking a bit slowly last time; tough post but he is underrated and will be a price. – Mike Beer | Get Past Performances for this race
Post Time: 4:13 ET
Track: Kentucky Downs (6th Race)
Horse: LEVERAGE (#4, 6-1)
LEVERAGE is a big boy! Had to be urged to get going in his career debut and still wound up seven lengths behind a dawdling pace. But by the end of the far turn, he'd figured out why her was out there. Taken into the clear for a stretch run, he finished with long, strong strides, and if he can navigate the turns and undulations, the long KD stretch should suit this horse, who stands a strong chance of improving second out. – Marcus Hersh | Get Past Performances for this race

Horse: IT'S GOODTOBE JOSE (#7, 5-1)

Post Time: 5:11 ET
Track: Saratoga (11th Race)
Horse: RARE SOCIETY (#7, 8-1)
RARE SOCIETY was away from the gate slowly and then raced greenly while outrun in his debut early in the year; he did make a big of a run while staying along the rail into the stretch of that race, then went back to the drawing board; returns with a class drop for Linda Rice, whose young horses often improve significantly after a race. – Mike Beer | Get Past Performances for this race
Post Time: 5:37 ET
Track: Woodbine (9th Race)
Horse: BOTTA SWING (#2, 8-1)
BOTTA SWING was overmatched against tough male Ontario-bred stakes opposition last out in the $150K Vice Regent. She rallied from fourth to beat non-two allowance females off a one-year layoff the time before in another five-furlong inner turf dash and has lots of speed to chase in this tougher allowance/optional claimer. – Ron Gierkink | Get Past Performances for this race

Post Time: 7:05 ET
Track: Kentucky Downs (11th Race)
Horse: SOLOIST (#7, 5-1)
SOLOIST not only won her career debut, something that seems rarely to be a goal in the K McPeek barn, she won it like a filly who knew what she was doing out there. Rated kindly while in the bridle, stayed solid when blocked in upper stretch, went willingly through a relatively narrow gap along the fence and kicked home with good energy. Shows one light work since that Aug. 2 run but the trainer said she's done some relatively strong stuff over the turf gallops at his Magdalena Farm. I think she can improve and guessing this course suits her well enough. Also guessing she's lower than 5-1. – Marcus Hersh | Get Past Performances for this race
