1:00 KEE 1st TRUE CLASS (#4, 6-1) was training on dirt but debuted on synthetic, showed some speed, faded out of the picture in an MSW sprint. This showing could prove far better. Trainer J Ortiz has a good record going sprint-route and MSW-maiden claiming with second-time starters, and this horse's dam's side is packed with stamina influences. -Marcus Hersh | Bet this race with DRF Bets
3:01 GP 5th TEMPLE CITY TABOO (#8, 12-1) won her debut even though it was two turns on the turf which is difficult to say the least. New connections tried much tougher in her second start and it just didn't work out. Plus, that was a tough post when stuck in the 10 hole. We think this filly will like the synth where this barn is 3 for 3. They are 2 for 2 going turf to synth and 56% with their route runners. A pair of recent works is just right. -Scott Ehlers | Bet this race with DRF Bets
3:08 KEE 5th OSCARGOT (#7, 15-1) has never run very fast on the Beyer scale, but he's been there or thereabouts in his five starts since a year-plus layoff, and only in his last three has gotten out to the distances, 10f and beyond, he seems to want. Doubt it was a case last time of him not staying 1 1/2 miles so much as needing the race, and the trainer using it to get to this one. Should take a prominent position in a relatively paceless field, and might stick around at a price. -Marcus Hersh | Bet this race with DRF Bets
3:19 AQU 5th CAPT JAX PARROW (#8, 6-1) made a wide run to no avail in the MSW debut, then got a little headstrong and rushed up to contest the pace before proving to be no match for a blowout winner in his first start at this level; good effort last time when engaging with heavily-favored Runamor in a long duel before weakening late; cuts back a bit looking for a more comfortable trip. -Mike Beer | Bet this race with DRF Bets
4:05 GP 7th GIANLUCA BE LUCKY (#7, 10-1) is a DRF Best Bet (Scott Ehlers). | Bet this race with DRF Bets
4:12 KEE 7th OSCAR SEASON (#8, 10-1) is a DRF Best Bet (Marcus Hersh). | Bet this race with DRF Bets
4:37 GP 8th SENTENZA (#7, 8-1) catches a race with good pace but can stalk. This guy is just better going two turns on the grass. His return try was nothing special but sprinting isn't his game. He returns right on time and gets in super light at 115 pounds. -Scott Ehlers | Bet this race with DRF Bets
4:54 AQU 8th TIZN'T ANYMORE (#3, 20-1) could not cope with dirt sprint speed in her first two career starts. If she is going to be competitive on the track it is likely to be in races like this, as her sire has proven to be a positive turf influence, and her female family is all grass; it hasn't meant as much lately with Aqueduct being a mainstay, but there was a time when Donk was particularly dangerous in the limited spring turf season on this course. -Mike Beer | Bet this race with DRF Bets
4:55 TUP 3rd SCOPELLO (#7, 10-1) is the value. That was a nice win only three back and a Beyer top. He stumbled at the start two back and perhaps he didn't like being stuck inside previously. Today's pace is softer and that more than anything could bring about a better effort. -Scott Ehlers | Bet this race with DRF Bets
5:07 OP 8th WINNEMAC AVENUE (#4, 10-1) shortens up a tad to a mile and a sixteenth and three of his four career wins have come at this trip. -Mary Rampellini | Bet this race with DRF Bets
7:39 TUP 8th LOTSA LACE (#5, 6-1) is a DRF Best Bet (Scott Ehlers). | Bet this race with DRF Bets
8:10 TUP 9th CHINO MIRAGE (#5, 5-1) was off slow in his debut but still managed to beat a few home all with a wide trip. Perhaps connections saw something in that effort as they tried much better in his most recent. This gelding needs a better start after breaking last in both tries. The blinkers go ON and perhaps that helps. -Scott Ehler | Bet this race with DRF Bets
