Perry Ouzts booted home favored Just Like Rambo to a two-length score in the Loyalty Strakes on Friday.

Factisimflashy lasted all the way on the lead to pull an upset victory in the $75,000 Miss Southern Ohio Stakes for 3-year-old Ohio-accredited fillies Friday at Belterra Park.

Factisimflashy ($22.80), with Angel Serpa in the irons for trainer Jerry Antonuik, was left alone early, but still set an honest pace on the firm turf. She led by two lengths through an opening half-mile in 46.92 seconds, then opened her advantage to three lengths trying to steal away through six furlongs in 1:10.75.

Our Last Song, who had been running in second, gave a good effort down the lane and was wearing into the margin late, but Factisimflashy held on by three-quarters of a length at the wire.

The final time was 1:42.38 for the 1 1/16 miles, as Factisimflashy earned her second career stakes win. She took the Cincinnatian Stakes in 2023.

In the day’s co-feature, Just Like Rambo ($3.40) rewarded chalk players with a professional score in the $75,000 Loyalty Stakes for state-accredited juveniles.

The gelding pressed the pace in second under Perry Ouzts, was fanned wide into the lane, and powered well through the stretch to win by two lengths over Parlay, finishing the six furlongs in 1:12.17. He is now unbeaten in two starts for trainer Larry Smith.
