With another high-impact winter storm ongoing across the East Coast, several tracks have had to cancel racing for Monday (February 23).
As of 11:00 p.m. (EST) on Sunday, Bally's Dover, Monticello, Pocono Downs at Mohegan Pennsylvania and MGM Yonkers Raceway have announced that they will not be racing on Monday with additional tracks possibly following suit.
