And here are Tuesday’s best NBA bets from analyst Gino Buccola of the Daily Racing Form:
Warriors moneyline (+122 at Caesars Sportsbook)
The Warriors had their seven-game win streak snapped Monday by a Denver Nuggets team playing without Nikola Jokic and Jamal Murray. Golden State started the game 1-of-14 from 3-point range and finished 8-of-33. After the loss the Warriors are still 14-2 after trading for Jimmy Butler. I’m expecting a bounce-back effort Tuesday, but just make sure Golden State has its full lineup intact on the second night of a back-to-back.
Clippers +3.5 (-114 at FanDuel Sportsbook)
Just wondering how many more games we are going to get top-level efforts and full lineups playing major minutes for Cleveland at this point in the regular season. The Cavs are eight games ahead of the East’s second-place Boston Celtics in the loss column with 15 games remaining. On Tuesday in L.A., Cleveland is playing the first end of a back-to-back with four more road games ahead against bottom teams in the West. On the flip side, the Clippers look like they're in a three-way battle for the West’s No. 6 seed, which would keep them out of the play-in tournament. Every game is massive for Los Angeles at this point.
