Race 1: NW17971 in last 5 starts Trot

(4) AUSTRAL HANOVER has raced pretty well while up higher in class through four starts after being claimed for $60K; Engblom trainee drops to the winning spot. (2) DW'S POINT MAN hit the board in his last three after beating an easier field four back for Lachance; figures to be stalking up close throughout. (1) DELAYED HANOVER has made only five starts this year after a strong 2024 season and is off over three months but he's starting back up coming off of two good qualifiers.

Race 2: NW15000 in last 5 starts Trot

(7) EXCALIBUR BI draws the worst post in his local return but he's got plenty of early speed to get into play off the car and should offer value after going off favored in his last two Yonkers tries. (1) MEETMEATTHEBAR has been a model of consistency throughout her career for co-owner Dan Dube and she gets around the half well. 4YO mare may be up front and will need to be caught. (2) CRAZYLAND gets needed class relief after being a non-factor in his last three.

Race 3: F&M NW15000 in last 5 starts Pace

(8) LYDEO was a good second last week to a classy winner and she now drops to face softer but lands the dreaded eight hole. Veteran mare does have gate speed in her arsenal and if she can improve position off the gate she's got legit upset possibilities. (2) BLOOD MOON A has missed some time coming off a sick scratch but she's raced well here in the past and fits nicely from this spot. (5) MALUKA MISS N steps up in class off a solid 1:52 4/5 score last out for the DiDomenico barn; Brennan drives again.

Race 4: NW11086 in last 5 starts Trot

(6) BRODEUR was caught up in a fast mile in his local return but followed that up with a solid pocket-sitting score. Lorentzon trainee steps up a notch in class but faces a camera-shy field and just needs a smooth trip to convert again. (3) STREET GOSSIP never seems to win but he's got some early speed and is well-mannered so that often sets him up with a trip close to the leaders. (1) ENERGYSOURCE raced just evenly in his last few and is another who doesn't win often but he'll be staying close from the rail.

Race 5: F&M NW15000 in last 5 starts Pace

(5) I'M A BELIEVER has lagged at the back in each of her last four starts but she does get some post improvement and faces significantly softer. Perhaps she can reach tonight. (4) CREME DELIGHT has disappointed me many times in the past but she returns from Saratoga now in the Stratton barn and has a back-class edge on many of these. (1) FADE OUT is a former Open-type mare who has fallen on hard times and she's a shaky play as one of the favorites.

Race 6: NW5000 in last 5 starts Trot

(1) VINNY DE VIE wired a softer field last week to finally break through to the win column this year and with another rail draw this veteran has a legit chance to repeat. (3) IM AN ANDOVER drops and draws an improved post; Dupont trainee definitely fits with these. (2) MUSCIAL RIDE took some time to find his stride for Lachance but he's going well now and is also looking to repeat.

Race 7: F&M NW30251 in last 5 starts Pace

(4) SILK CLOUD A failed to get involved last week from the outermost post but now she moves to the middle of the pack where she can flaunt some of that early speed. Pete Tritton trainee can be sent to the front and never look back. (1) FRONT PAGE STORY has been very good in her last four starts after returning from Pocono and she's in line for a perfect trip here. (2) DOUGS BABE A won her last two with authority after Brennan joined the team and he drives this classy mare again.

Race 8: NW5000 in last 5 starts Trot

(1) GREEN PASTURES has won half of his eight Yonkers starts this year and returns from the rail at the bottom level. Engblom trainee has been the most productive trotter in here so far this year and the draw gives driver Kelly options. (3) WILD BILL KELSO makes just his sixth start of the season after missing all of 2024 but he looks ready for action coming off those two solid qualifiers. (4) SOUTHWIND ARTURO had three consecutive seven holes at Pocono and did rally for a share in each of those races; Daguet trainee does have a win here this year.

Race 9: NW7500 in last 5 starts Trot

(7) AIRMANS JACKPOT may need some help from this outside post but she was recently reclaimed by these connections for $40K plus allowances and she gets to face somewhat softer tonight. Hard to ignore the $103,000 she's earned this season. (1) KASHA V usually puts in a good showing when drawn well. (3) WHEELZABLAZIN was a good second last week to Vinny De Vie and he can build off that effort; Siegelman drives again.
