Race 1 - 15000CLM Pace
(2) HARD WORKIN' MAN won in this class on May 31 and lacked racing room in the stretch a week ago. He drew well again here and I think merits another shot. (1) REAL PEACE landed the pole here after two straight eight-hole starts and was racing well prior to having to deal with the poor starting spots. He also gets a driver switch to Matt Kakaley. (3) RECORD YEAR rallied to win in at this level last Saturday. That should have given him some confidence and he appears usable again.

Race 2 - Winners of 5 but not more than 7 PM Races or 90000LT Trot
(6) PREMIER VICTOR steps up in class and starts from the outside, but he's won three straight between here and Monticello and races out of a high-percentage stable. (2) LOUS GAMBLER was second in this class back on May 17 and has also been performing well against NW15000L5's at Yonkers. Add in a good draw and I'll include. (4) THE THING IS hit the board in three straight efforts at this level in May and gets to move in a couple of slots on the gate.

Race 3 - NW2/30000LT Trot
(5) BIG SHOT hasn't made a pari-mutuel start since April 21 but raced well in the Weiss Series at Pocono earlier this year and should handle this field if he's anywhere close to that good. (3) CHECKMATE HALL comes in from Pennsylvania in good form and defeated NW1's at Pocono most recently. (6) EVANS PER FECT WAR has hit the board in five of her last seven efforts out of town and hails from the stable of leading trainer Per Engblom.
Race 4 - 15000CLM Pace
(3) ON THE VIRG moves in from the eight-hole to post three this week and meets up with a field that lacks a standout. He's had success in this class before this year at Yonkers, and I'll give him a shot. (1) THIRD EDITION was a gaining third in a $15,000 claimer last Saturday and won impressively back on the 24th of May. (4) TWIN B SPEED DIAL makes his second start back after a layoff and was one of the top horses at this level back in the spring.
Race 5 - F&M Winners of 2 but not more than 4 PM Races or 60000LT Pace
(1) SANTAFE'S GINA starts from the pole position here, and hopefully that'll keep her closer to the action than she was last week. I think she's in pretty good form and just needs a better trip. (5) LADY BLUE JAY won in this class a week ago and shows a pair of second-place finishes as well. (4) PUSSYCAT DOLL GB couldn't hold off LADY BLUE JAY when they met last Saturday but did tally at this level both on the 14th of June and 10th of May.
Race 6 - Winners of 2 but not more than 4 PM Races or 60000LT Trot
(7) BEERNSUNSHINE DEO will have to overcome a poor post but she won handily on the front-end two weeks and will hopefully be handled aggressively again as she switches drivers to George Brennan. (3) FLIGHTLINE overcame a brief bobble past the start last week to finish second in this class and won easily against NW3's at Harrah's Philadelphia back in late April and early May. (5) GILLYS DE VIE has been first or second in five of his last six appearances at this level and slides in a couple of spots on the starting gate.
Race 7 - 15000CLM Pace
(6) SOUTH POINT put in a better effort last week when he dropped down to this class and I think might get overlooked a bit in the wagering. (5) MEMPHISTENNESSEE N is on a lengthy run of on-the-board results and has now won two straight in this class. He debuts for new connections off a claim here. (2) HOOSIER CELEBRITY has just one win in 2025 but has been second or third in six of his last seven trips behind the gate. He moves in from post six to the two-hole this time and debuts for new connections after being claimed last Saturday.

Race 8 - 3-6YO 20000CLM Pace
(5) MOSES doesn't have great form but he does get to move in a couple of notches on the gate and makes his second start on Lasix for trainer Ron Burke. He should continue to offer value and I think is worth a shot in a race that looks fairly wide-open. (4) DONTTELLMENOW finished a rallying third against open $20,000 claimers last Saturday and takes on age-restricted foes tonight. (1) ON DAYBOO owns a victory in this class back on 6-7. He gets significant post relief in this event and debuts for new connections after being claimed a week ago.
Race 9 - 15000CLM Pace
(5) CENTURY IGLESIAS invades from Monticello off a runner-up result in his last race and gets to partner with a catch driver (George Brennan) for the first time this year. He's also had success at Yonkers before. (3) HEAVE AWAY has finished second in three of his four outings since he dropped to this level and that's where I'll slot him again this week. (6) ROCK THIS WAY appears to have gotten back in top form again with a pair of wins and a second among his last four trips behind the gate. This is also a good post for his rallying style.
