SPOT PLAY-UNDETERRED (2nd)

Race 1 - 15000CLM Pace

(6) SHINE A LIGHT returned to his winning ways a week ago and has now tallied in three of his last four outings. Here, he joins a high-percentage stable off a claim and adds leading driver Jason Bartlett. (5) DANCE ON THE BEACH has hit the board in five of his last seven tries overall, including three victories at this level. He is a first-timer for this owner/trainer after being claimed last week. (2) I'M SOME GRADUATE got the job done against $15,000 claiming foes last Wednesday and drew inside my top two selections in this tilt, which could be key.

Race 2 - F&M 20000CLM Pace

(2) UNDETERRED is a first-timer for this high-percentage stable and gets post relief to go with it. She didn't get much pace to chase last Monday and had to settle for third but was locked in and probably would have won had she found room prior to that. (4) STONECOLD GIRL comes in with back-to-back victories at this level and also won two in-a-row back in January. She's likely the one they'll have to beat again in this tilt. (1) YOU BEDA ROCK has been sharp for a while with five on-the-board results in seven starts thus far in 2026 and tallied in this class a week ago.

Race 3 - 3-6YO 20000CLM Pace

(1) TWIN B RISENSHINE downed open $20,000 claimers the last time he was at Yonkers on 12-17 of last year. Tonight he starts from the pole, which is much better than the mid-pack or outside posts he's had over at the Meadowlands, and adds Bartlett in the bike. (2) WHY TOMORROW RAY drops out of age-restricted $30,000 claiming races and has hit the board in three out of his five trips behind the gate so far in 2026. (3) HEAVE AWAY doesn't have great form but finds what should be an easier spot here than the open $25,000 claimers he's been facing off with and switches drivers to Tyler Buter.

Race 4 - Invitational Trot

(3) ASTEROID finished a closing third in the top class over at the Meadowlands last Friday and had good form at Yonkers to wrap up 2025, including an appearance in the MGM Grand Prix Trotting Series final. (6) CECIL HANOVER has been outside the top three just once in his last seven tries and showed the ability to win the Invitational on January 29. (5) DRIBBLING BI gets reunited with Dan Dube and is a much bigger threat than he showed last week. I wouldn't be surprised to see him handled much more aggressively.

Race 5 - 40000CLM Trot

I'm going to give (1) PREMIER VICTOR another try, as although he didn't fire last week, he did win at this level on February 12 and hopefully is ready for a more aggressive approach with Buter taking over the driving from the pole. (5) WHEELZABLAZIN switched to an off-the-pace style a week ago and rallied to victory. That gives trainer/driver Joe Bongiorno options on how to handle him since he also packs strong gate speed. (3) WARRAWEE WHISPER is on an extended run of sharp form and gets reunited with Bartlett for a high-percentage stable.

Race 6 - NW20000L5 / Winners in Last Start of the Base Class NW15000L5 / NW10 PM Races LT / 60000CLM Trot

(2) DW'S POINT MAN double-drops after finishing fourth two straight times in the Invitational Trot and landed another inside post. (4) HOT FLASH KIMMY tired after a bad trip a week ago but had back-to-back runner-up results in this class prior to that and gets reunited with Jordan Stratton. (6) MAHONE SEELSTER steps up from the $40,000 claimers but comes off a handy victory and debuts for a high-percentage stable off a claim. He also gets a new driver with Colin Kelly taking over.

Race 7 - 15000CLM Pace

(3) TIN ROOF RAIDER A took one shot against tougher $20,000 claimers last Wednesday and now drops back to the level where he was very sharp through January and February. He also gets post relief after he had the six-hole most recently. (2) LAST BEACH held sway gamely on the front-end on March 4 and kept Bartlett's services tonight. (5) LETSMAKELOTSAMONEY comes in with back-to-back runner-up finishes at this level - one to TIN ROOF RAIDER A and the other to LAST BEACH.

Race 8 - 40000CLM Trot

(1) P L OSCAR couldn't get involved last Thursday from post eight but shifts all the way back inside to the pole position here and won at this level two back on the engine. (2) CHULO posted a second-place finish in a NW15000L5 tilt when last seen on February 27 and races for the leading driver/trainer combo of Bartlett and Engblom. This is his third start back after a layoff. (4) ENERGY KING gets to move in on the gate from the seven-hole to post four here and shows three victories against $40,000 claimers, including two straight on 2-19 and 2-26.

Race 9 - 15000CLM Pace

(3) BELMONT MAJOR N returns from Pocono after racing in a series over there recently. He doesn't have super form but was in against tougher $20,000 claimers when last seen at Yonkers and catches a wide-open field here. (6) CHECKONWILLIAM GB rallied to finish third in a $15,000 claiming contest last Wednesday and has hit the board in four of his last seven tries overall. (2) OVER THE HORIZON pulled off an upset against age-restricted $20,000 claimers on the 19th of February. He hasn't done much in two subsequent efforts but moves inside to post two and gets driver switch to Bartlett tonight.

Race 10 - NW5121L5 who are NW L3 Starts / 12500CLM / New York-breds Preferred Pace

(2) MIND HUNTER invades from Saratoga where he was racing in higher classes than the one he's in tonight at Yonkers. The last time he was in town, he was facing much tougher NW15000L5 company in mid-October 2025. (1) CURBSIDE PICKUP could be the one to beat, but he broke before the start at Yonkers before he rallied to get a third on 2-17 and then missed by a neck at the bottom level over at the Meadowlands. I'll take a chance against him. (6) DONTTELLMENOW was game from first-up in a second-place finish last Thursday and takes a second crack at NW5000L5 foes here.
