The 2025 meet at MGM Yonkers Raceway kicks off on Monday (January 20) with a 10-race program, and there is a new post time at Yonkers this year, as the action will kick off at 6:45 p.m. (EST).
On the wagering front, management has applied for Pick 4 carryovers in 2025, and we are awaiting approval from the New York Gaming Commission. If approved, both the early and late Pick 4s will offer 100% carryovers if there are no winning tickets. More information will be provided when available. Also, the early Pick 4 in races one through four will be a $1 minimum wager and the late Pick 4, which encompasses the last four races on the program, will have a $2 minimum.
In addition, the Pick 5 (races five through nine) now has a $1 minimum. The $10,000 guaranteed pool on Mondays, in conjunction with the United States Trotting Association's Strategic Wagering Program, remains in place.
Yonkers will be racing Monday through Friday nights through April, then Saturday racing will return in May to replace Wednesday.
